Guys, I'm having a hard time coming to grips with the date on the calendar! It seems like I blinked and we're suddenly here in these dog days of summer. Every year, summer just flies by! Le Sigh. What are you doing to capitalize on these last few weeks?

A Great Coffee Table Book
In my book, a great coffee table book is always a good gift option. There's something about a good hefty hardcover in this digital world. I'm always on the lookout to add to my collection and these are a few of my latest covets.

At The Ocean for the awesome cover - my instagram followers might have already seen this one but it's just so good.

Something A Little Glamorous
You can't go wrong with a set of gorgeous coasters from Jonathan Adler - and they come gift-ready in a matching box. Depending on the recipient, I like either a bold geo-pattern or one in a more restrained black and white palette.
Something Personalized
Personalization is so hot right now and lately I'm digging these bright and cheery insulated tumblers by Kate Spade that come in a whole rainbow of colors and on-point color-block design. Seasonally appropriate and practical!
Anything Monogrammed
Even better than an initial is a monogram. Not only is it personalized, monogramming is really not something most people ever get for themselves. And that is what makes for the best gifts! The tricky part of course is planning ahead appropriately. I love these beach towels from Lands End - they come in a bunch of colors, are made from 100% cotton, and not only are they colorful they're also colorfast. Oh and my favorite part? They're very generously sized - as in over 6-1/2 ft long. Amazing!!
